You may give us your credit card information when you place your order using the "Shopping Cart" or call (970)-203-9992 to place order over the phone. The charges on your credit card bill will appear under the name Cloz LLC
Shipping and Handling (shipping costs may change through the year)
We ship in-stock orders within 6-12 hours, eliminating weekends and national holidays. The present availability of every item is shown on its order page. All items are shipped in packaging from Loveland, Colorado.

Shipping charges are determined by the amount of products you are ordering. Within the US. The exact shipping & handling charge will be calculated for you on the Shopping Cart page when you place your order. All orders distributed within the U.S.A. are shipped via the United States Postal Service, using expedited 2-Day service to most urban areas in the adjoining 48 states.
Hawaii and Alaska has a shipping and handling fee of $15.99 for merchandise up to 3 pounds and $29.00 for items between 3.01-10 pounds.
We currently shipping only within the U.S.A. No international shipments.
Sales Tax
We charge mandatory local and state taxes for Colorado addresses only.
Returns & Exchanges
Cloz to Home guarantees that you will be pleased with all the products we offer. We want you to be absolutely happy with any merchandise you buy from us. We offer you 14 days to let you think about. If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return full priced and unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or reimbursement.
When returning your order, be sure to include your order number and specify if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to have.
Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. We will inform you via e-mail once we have received and processed the refunded item. Any discounted items and final sale items are not returnable or returnable for exchange only.
